Welcome to National Amateur Sports Circuit. Home of Ave Maria Youth Sports, Collier Youth Sports & Made in Dade Ballers. Thanks for taken the opportunity to become a volunteer coach with our program. There are a few things we expect from our coaches once you pass your background check. National Amateurs Coaches Play Book will set us apart from other organizations. We thrive on making our kids be the best on and off the field. We do this by showing the kids you are committed in teaching them the fundamentals of the game. and making sure ALL kids get an understanding and have a GREAT season here. Rule books will be provided to each coach. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARE ABLE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE FOLLOWING BELOW BEFORE YOU MAKE THIS COMMITMENT.

1. ALL COACHES WILL PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK (NO EXCEPTIONS)
2. ALL COACHES WILL HAVE A MINIMUM OF 2 PRACTICES A WEEK
3. PLAYERS & PARENTS EXPECT COACHES TO PROVIDE A FUN LEARNING ENVIROMENT
4. COACHES WILL BE ON TIME AND PREPARED FOR PRACTICES & GAMES
5. COACHES WILL BE FAIR AND GIVE AN HONEST EVALUATION OF PLAYERS
6. COACHES WILL PROMOTE GOOD SPORTSMENSHIP AND LEAD BY EXAMPLE
7. COACHES MUST MAINTAIN GOOD COMMUNICATION WITH PARENTS AND PLAYERS
8. COACHES WILL HOLD PLAYERS ACCOUNTABLE WHO DO NOT ABIDE BY GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP, ATTENDANCE IN GAMES AND PRACTICES
9. ALL COACHES ARE EXPECTED TO REFEREE 1 GAME EVERY WEEKEND THATS NOT IN YOUR AGE DIVISION 
10. DURING EVALUATIONS AND DRAFTING PROCESS, KEEP IN MIND THAT ALL COACHES DO NOT HAVE KIDS THAT PLAY. SO, WHEN DRAFTING PLAYERS ON YOUR TEAM AND YOU CHOOSE YOUR CHILD. JUST KNOW THE OTHER COACHES WILL BE DRAFTING TO HAVE A GOOD TIME AND WIN!
